The panic doesn't necessarily happen at exactly the same time, but I have been using Vagrant to start, stop, clone, suspend and resume guests, and typically the crash would happen around one of these operations. I've been experiencing kernel panics after upgrading to Lion and also upgrading to Lion latest version.
